Please read our policies carefully and let us know if you have any questions:

- You can place, change, make substitutions for items, or delete orders between 4pm on Friday
until noon on Monday.

- After noon on Monday we cannot change or cancel your order.

- All other website functions are available at all times, i.e., changing your subscription type and frequency, updating your account information, choosing your food preferences, etc.

- If you have not received your delivery by a 6pm on your scheduled day of delivery you must contact us within 4 hours so we can track your order and get it to you in a timely fashion.

- If you do not contact us within 4 hours we will not be responsible for replacing your order or refunding your money.
