Your organic fruits and vegetables will be
delivered by our delivery truck or via UPS.
- If you are within our local
delivery area, we'll assign you to one of our day-specific routes
Tuesday or Wednesday.
- If you're out of our local delivery area, your box
will arrive via UPS on Wednesday at your regular UPS delivery time.
Keepin' it Fresh – Re-cycle those materials:
In the summer
months, we use a recyclable cardboard box with re-usable Styrofoam cooler
panels and an ice pack or two which keeps your produce fresh. If you’re in
our local delivery area, just leave the box (with the Styrofoam and ice packs
inside) by your doorstep on delivery day and we'll pick it up for re-use.
Unpacking and Guarantee
Good storage

There are
occasions when an item we thought we were getting may not be available, or
after we see it, we send it back. We will always make up for an item, letting
you know what has happened through a note in the box or an email.
Flexibility is required in matters
organic. Sometimes a veggie or fruit you were expecting won't be in your box.
Write us if
you have a problem with an item in your box and we'll add an item of your
choice into your next order.
Making
Changes to Your Account:
You can
always change your box size, delivery frequency, or substitution preferences
