Fruit Kabobs with Melon and Peaches!

  1. Mix the cantaloupe, peaches, lime zest and lime juice together.  Gently mix in the mint leaves and salt.
  2. Place the fruit on the skewers, alternating cantaloupe and peach.
  3. Chill for at least 20 minutes, or overnight.
  4. Enjoy!
